Begin your care with a 2-hour Ayurvedic consultation includes a comprehensive health history and classical assessment methods including pulse reading (Nadi Pariksha) and tongue assessment (Jiva Pariksha) to evaluate constitution and current imbalances.
Continue with a 30-minute Report of Findings follows to review your assessment in detail and begin your personalized treatment plan consisting of dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, herbal support, and therapeutic practices tailored to your unique needs.
New Client Intake Package
The New Client Intake Package provides a comprehensive Ayurvedic evaluation and establishes the foundation for individualized care. This package is required for all new clients seeking treatment plans that include herbal formulas.
Initial Consultation (2 hours)
A detailed Ayurvedic assessment to evaluate current imbalances (vikriti) and baseline constitution (prakriti). Includes review of intake forms and traditional diagnostic methods:
Tongue assessment (Jiva Pariksha)
Pulse assessment (Nadi Pariksha)
Report of Findings (30 minutes)
Review of assessment findings and initiation of a treatment plan, which may include:
Personalized herbal formulations
Nutritional recommendations
Lifestyle and Ayurvedic practice guidance
Sensory therapies
Follow-Up Visits (2 visits, 1 hour each)
Ongoing evaluation of treatment response, refinement of recommendations, and monitoring of herbal formula effectiveness.
Clinical Requirement
When herbal formulas are prescribed, a minimum of two follow-up visits is required to ensure safety, effectiveness, and appropriate adjustments.
