A detailed Ayurvedic assessment to evaluate current imbalances (vikriti) and baseline constitution (prakriti). Includes review of intake forms and traditional diagnostic methods:
Tongue assessment (Jiva Pariksha)
Pulse assessment (Nadi Pariksha)
Report of Findings (30 minutes)
Review of assessment findings and initiation of a treatment plan, which may include:
Personalized herbal formulations
Nutritional recommendations
Lifestyle and Ayurvedic practice guidance
Sensory therapies
Follow-Up Visits (2 visits, 1 hour each)
